Helen Fox is the manager and owner of "The Fabulous Moy". After a career in Aer Lingus and modelling Helen returned to her roots and started her own stable. Having been around horses all her life having a stable of her own had always been the dream. Helen spent several years as Chairman of A.I.R.E. (The Association of Irish Riding Establishments) and has recently celebrated 25 years of running The Moy Riding Centre.

All of our instructors have British Horse Society (BHS) qualifications and are friendly and experienced at whatever level of riding you require.


Mentors are senior girls who have completed all their A.I.R.E. exams and usally have either their BHS 1 or BHS 2 exams in progress.

I am 18 and am an assistant instructor at The Moy Riding Centre. I have been riding for 10 years. I am currently studying at Trinity College Dublin as well as studying for my BHS Stage 2. I am the senior mentor at The Moy and I ride and compete on my own horse, Ellie.

I am 18 and have been coming to The Moy for 8 years. I received my BHS Stage 1 and Stage 2 with distinction. I help in the yard with both the horse and the younger children. I ride and compete on my own horse Domino.

I am 15 and have been riding at The Moy for 8 years. I achieved my BHS Stage 1 with distinction and I am currently studying for my BHS stage 2. I compete in showjumping on my 6 year old horse, Honey.

I am 14 and have been studying with Helen for 7 years. I compete in all 3 disciplines on m own horse Cana, who was born and bred here at The Moy. I have my BHS stage 1 and will take my BHS stage 2 when I turn 16.

I am 16 and have been riding at The Moy for 12 years. I have my own horse Echo and I compete each weekend. I have my BHS stage 1 and I'm preparing for my Stage 2.
