Examinations

Here at The Moy Riding Centre we don't just give you a lesson, we actively encourage you to further your knowledge adn to participate in the national A.I.R.E. exams which are held every six months to help you progress and improve your knowledge of equitation and stable management. Each year dozens of our students sit these exams and we take pride in our huge success rate.

The A.I.R.E. system consists of a series of 10 examinations by the end of which you or your child should be a competent rider with a good basic knowledge of how a yard works and general stable management. You will receive a certificate as you successfully complete each examination. We find these exams particularly successful in giving children (and adults) something to aim towards. Children as young as six years old have sat and passed their foundation Level A exams here in The Moy.

We also prepare students for the British Horse Society exams and have enjoyed a huge success rate over the years with our students, and a very successful string of students on FÁS training courses.
